The weather in Anchorage, Alaska was beautiful most of the time. Summer, of course, was our favorite time of year because we were at horse shows most weekends and the sun never set. Fall was short, but gorgeous as the birch leaves turned from green to gold. Winter was cold and dark, but the pine trees sparkled as the arena lights reflected off the snow crystals. Spring... okay, we didn't much care for spring. But, spring meant summer, and the whole thing started all over again!
